Depot Service Plan
Depot service
is offered on barcode printers and
scanners. Equipment is sent to our
convenient depot locations for repair.
Printers are repaired within 48 hours of
approval, scanner repairs are performed
within 3 to 7 days from approval. Unlimited
repairs, standard return shipping, all parts
and labor (excluding print heads and abused
equipment) are included under the depot
service plan.
On-site Service Plan
On-Site
service is offered on thermal transfer
printers. Call our office and we will
evaluate your needs and dispatch a
technician. Technicians arrive on-site
within 24-48 hours with fully stocked
service packs to complete repairs. Unlimited
repairs, travel time, all parts and labor
(excluding print heads) are included under
the on-site service plan. |
