BRS has an innovative approach for PM services. We tailor a plan based on your individual needs and budgets. While our competitors have rigid one sided contracts, we believe in the team approach that is a win-win proposition. We do this by providing a “buffet” approach to the PM Agreement concept. We believe this approach is a more equitable business model in today’s market. Why pay for print head coverage when you don’t need it? So, much like car insurance, you can choose different types of coverage for your equipment. From hot swap programs to hourly rates, Team BRS covers it all. |

Depot Service Plan
Depot service is offered on barcode scanners and mobile computers. Equipment is sent to our depot locations for repair. Scanners and mobile computers are repaired from 48 to 72 hours. Unlimited repairs, return shipping, parts and labor can be included under the depot service plan.
On-Site Service Plan
On-site service is offered on thermal transfer printers within Middle TN. Call our office and we will evaluate your needs and dispatch a technician. The tech will arrive on site within 24 to 48 hours of the call. Unlimited repairs, travel time and parts and labor can be included under the on-site service plan. Call Team BRS to learn more.
