Pharmaceutical Packaging

BRS provides Pharmaceutical packaging from labels to inserts.

  ⇒ Inserts & Outserts for all printed formula requirements – The inserts and outserts are
      paper documentation explaining the various chemical components of the drug. BRS can
      provide extremely tight folds as well as trays for automatic application.

   ⇒ Specialty Labels for high speed automatic application with unique patented designs – BRS
       has created several different label designs that are “label sets”; that is, labels that can        be used several times in different applications. i.e. identifying the drug on the bottle as        well as multiple tabs for doctor charts and paperwork for traceability.

   ⇒ High Speed Printer Applicators – These printer applicators can apply 200 labels per        minute. They come with a print engine of your choice, from Datamax, Sato or Zebra. BRS        can provide the applicator as well as the conveyor and verification equipment to comply        with FDA or HIPPA requirements.

   ⇒ Barcode Printers to provide lot & expiration numbers – The “desk top” printers can        provide small runs (100m or less) when needed. We also have a wide variety of printhead        images. The dot per inch (dpi) is 203, 300, 400 and 600 dpi.  The higher the dpi the        smaller font you can print legibly. This is needed for extremely small fonts or graphics that        require exceptional clarity.
